Setting Boundaries - It is very important to set definite boundaries to deterimine how far is too far.  If you are committed to abstinence; passionate kissing, intimately touching, removing your clothes and then suddenly stopping will only lead to frustration and eventually may cause you to have sexual intercourse.  Your mind and body is preparing itself for intercourse if you do not set definite boundaries. 

Protect yourself and respect your relationship!

Stick to the Three Nothing Rules:

• Nothing below the neck
• Nothing under clothes
• Nothing Lying down
